The original (kinda, seems to have been copied a bunch) : Napoleon Crossing the Alps by Jacques-Louis David, 1801.
Napoleon Leading the Army over the Alps by Kehinde Wiley, 2005 – you can see this at the Brooklyn Museum (although for some reason I remember the background being completely different).

Oh now i remember – the second painting from the Brooklyn Museum has little jizzes swimming around on the red background – you can just barely see it on the picture.
