.5% of Youtube videos (83 days worth) are RickRolls

Googling for “site:youtube.com/watch” gives 6,820,000 hits.

Googling for “site:youtube.com/watch rickroll OR “rick roll” OR “rick astley” OR “give you up”" gives 31,800 hits

31,800/6,820,000 = 0.0046

So, about .5% of youtube’s videos are rickrolls!  Thats about 1 in 200 for you kids that need to relearn your algebra.

Assuming each video is 4 minutes long (this is not exactly right, of course), youtube has:

(31,800*4/60/24) = 83.3 days worth of RickRolls.

AND this only includes the videos that have rickroll mentioned somewhere in the title or the comments, so it is almost guaranteed that the real number is higher, since real RickRolls aren’t tagged that way.

I think my math is right here – if anyone thinks theres a mistake in my Googling or math, let me know?
